- We do not publicly display children’s registration records, names, school attendance information, family circumstances or identifying details.
- Children’s photographs or videos are published only after checking appropriate consent, purpose and safeguarding considerations.
- Written parent/guardian permission is obtained, and the child’s agreement sought, before identifiable photographs or videos are taken or published.
- Photography consent is kept separate from educational assistance decisions. Declining photo consent must not affect access to support.
- We do not identify a child publicly as disadvantaged or present children in ways that compromise their dignity.
